Overview
Planet DDS is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product-to-Field Enablement Strategist to bridge the gap between Product innovation and field readiness. This role partners closely with the Senior Director of Learning & Adoption and the Senior Manager of Go-To-Market to ensure new features are not just launched but successfully adopted. Additionally, the role leads product enablement for new releases, preparing Support, Training, and Implementation teams through aligned readiness planning and coordinated internal and external collateral. The ideal candidate is a hands-on learning professional who excels at scaling programs, driving adoption, and delivering exceptional learning experiences.
Job Duties
- Lead and execute knowledge of innovation for certification program (Internal/External), new feature launch enablement, and LMS revamp.
- Drive structured plans to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to organizational priorities.
- Support readiness across Training, Implementation, and Support teams for new features.
- Review readiness materials and delivery standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify readiness gaps and partner with leadership on improvements.
- Attend Go-To-market meetings to gather context and align on enablement plans.
- Ensure learning content and collateral support timely feature adoption.
- Provide updates on content initiatives in relevant meetings.
- Participate in twice-weekly enterprise training meetings (retro and forward planning).
- Join weekly Training Team meetings to maintain alignment and reinforce strategy.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with training director and GTM manager to review goals and priorities.
- Lead daily syncs with the content team to align priorities and deliverables.
- Maintain the Content Needed Sheet and gather requests from enterprise leads and trainers.
- Publish a weekly content update summary for cross-functional visibility.
- Maintain and manage the external LMS portal, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and accessible content across all products.
- Oversee internal training programs within the LMS, including assignment, tracking, and completion validation.
- Validate content accuracy and certification pathways to ensure readiness standards are met.
- Ensure enterprise and internal teams can effectively leverage the LMS as their centralized learning library.
Skills and Qualifications
- The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of experience in knowledge enablement, learning and development, or product enablement, with a proven ability to scale structured programs in a fast-paced environment.
- They demonstrate strong program management and communication skills, with the ability to design, clearly articulate, and execute certification and readiness initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- They possess the ability to translate product updates into clear, actionable enablement plans that prepare Support, Training, and Implementation teams for successful feature adoption.
- They exhibit strong cross-functional leadership skills, effectively partnering with Product, Go-To-Market, and Professional Services teams to align priorities and drive organizational readiness.
- They lead through influence rather than authority, using clear communication, accountability, and quality governance to ensure certification standards, LMS programs, and training content remain accurate, consistent, and adoption focused.

Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for variable pay as part of the total compensation package.
