We are seeking a Senior Integration Partnership Director to be responsible for developing and scaling Planet DDS’s partner ecosystem to accelerate growth, expand product value and enhance client success. This leader will establish and grow relationships with technology partners, strategic alliance partners, white label distribution partners, technology vendors and DSOs that strengthen our position as the premier open platform for dental practice management.

They will be working hand in hand with the go-to-market partner function to develop successful processes and campaigns to drive adoption and growth across the partner ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives at the intersection of business development, product, and go-to-market strategy. They understand SaaS partnerships, API-driven ecosystems, pricing strategy, and the unique dynamics of the dental and healthcare software market.

*This is a hybrid role in either our Atlanta, GA or Irvine, CA office.

 JOB DUTIES 

  • Partnership Strategy: Define, document, and execute the Planet DDS partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives and product roadmap.
  • Ecosystem Development: Define partnership categories, build, then manage an ecosystem of integrated technology partners.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop partner pricing models that drives growth of the ecosystem and incentivizes good behavior by the partners and our customers.
  • Revenue Growth: Structure and negotiate revenue-driving partnerships that support our 30% annual growth rate and 95% client retention.
  • P&L shared ownership: Take an ownership mindset of the P&L, focusing on making decisions and sourcing customers that drive growth to the bottom line while maintaining solid gross margins.
  • Process Management: Develop scalable partner programs including onboarding, enablement, marketing support, and joint go-to-market activities.
  • Executive Relationships: Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with partners and key DSOs to unlock new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to align on integration priorities, customer needs, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Management: Define partnership KPIs, measure outcomes, and report on impact to revenue, client adoption, and platform value.
  • Partner Management: Hold recurring QBR’s to manage expectations and drive performance with partners.
  • Contract negotiations: Work with partners, sales, and our internal legal team to review, negotiate, and solidify contract terms on a case-by-case basis.

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in SaaS partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances (healthcare or vertical SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Technical understanding of API’s and how to build API partner ecosystems.
  • Grasp on newer trends around Agentic AI marketplaces & the modern Agentic communication protocols like MCP, A2A, etc.
  • Proven track record of developing, negotiating, and scaling high-value partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, APIs, and healthcare data flows (claims, payments, imaging, patient communications).
  • Experience building partnership programs (pricing, process, management, and measurement).
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
